This place is managed by Garnsey Bros. It's rented like we rented condos in a building. The apartment we rented gave on the street but, we could still hear waves and crickets on the second floor. Staircase to the second floor (toilet, kitchen, living room) are steep and narrow. An average size cooler can go up. Shared balcony with other tenants, bit privacy screens are efficient. Clean and quiet place.
Bed is just ok. Everything else is great! And being directly on the beach....well can't best that! And its quiet, private beach rocks
I can not say enough about Kevin and his kindness, on helping my elderly aunt get a reservation that suited their needs. He was beyond patient and went above and beyond! I would recommend staying here, based on this alone...but its a great place to stay as well!!!

I've stayed here MANY years with my parents. We went once since I've had kids of my own, but I don't think we'll go back. The location on the beach and the view CAN NOT be beat! Just perfect! The buildings . condos are TIRED! They help. The items in the rooms need updating as well. The internet access is ridiculous. These days, there is just no excuse for such poor wifi and bandwidth. Barely usable. Parking spots must be for golf carts. Once parked, no room to open doors, and good chance of dents on your car by the time you leave.
Enjoy the convenience of being right on the beach during the day and fall asleep at night to the sound of the waves. What could be better??
